职责：负责昆山工厂生产运营管理工作
要求：5年以上机械或金属加工领域外资企业相应职位工作经验。钣金加工行业背景更佳。
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees Safety, Manufacturing (SC, Sheet Fabrication,Plate Fabrication), Quality, Warehousing, Technical & Industry Engineering and Maintenance, Facility etc.
- Ensure all aspects of the role are performed to defined and aceptable level of safety.
- Designs, recommends and implements operations policies and programs in line with the overall business plan.
- Develop and responsible for the implementation of the manufacturing plan to ensure appropriate and fit-for-purpose manufacturing facilities are in place and in a state of Operational Readiness to meet and deliver the business plan outcome.
- Maintains control over all operations activity is that production takes place in a timely and efficient manner, and within established standards.
- Provides technical and industry engineering leadership for promoting and sustaining a safe and productive work environment.
- Provides a culture of continuous improvement, and induction & development of best practice process.
- Explores and recommends changes to manufacturing systems based on analysis of modern, cost effective methods.
- Forms part of the management team and plays a key role in the setting of the overall company policies and guidelines.
- Focus on year over cost take out to support productivity targets
ABSOLUTE MUST
a. Minimum education requirement
- A Bachelor’s degree with a major in mechanical or metal relevant disciplines, and MBA is preferred.
b. Professional & technical:
-Demonstrated the implementation of modern manufacturing tools and techniques, such as 6 Sigma, Lean, TPM, VSM, TQM, Benchmarking, 5S and Visual management
-Excellent understanding of SHE and Quality systems.
- Deeply understand the elementary rules of organizing production by flow, ERP system, warehouse stock level, set up time, lead time, WIP ( work in progress), work efficiency.
c. Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in operations manager position in foreign enterprise and proven manufacturing management experience-must be able to coach and lead effectively
-Experiences of metal fabrication (especial Plate Fabrication) would be a strong plus;

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leadership and professionalism in dealing with all kinds of matters.

- Must be goal oriented with the ability to keep both self and others focused on the end result.

- A high-level profile manager, able to manage a structure of 200 operational people, working 2 shifts per day. |
