工作职责Responsibilities:
1.Acquire understanding of business requirements and objectives, and to align HR objectives and personnel flows with these objectives 理解公司业务需求和目标,使人力资源目标和人员流动与公司目标一致。 2.Responsible for the smooth running of all HR operations and functions, including Leadership and Management development, employee education and development, career and succession planning and reward and remuneration policies and the development of the HR team. 负责所有人力资源运作和职能的平稳运行,包括领导力和管理发展,员工教育及发展,职业生涯和继任计划奖励和报酬政策以及人力资源团队的发展。 3.Establish and maintain a recruitment service which identifies and hires individuals who possess skills and abilities to grow within the department and the company, and who contribute to business goals and objectives. 招聘:能够识别并雇用那些有技能和才干,对部门和公司的成长起作用的人,以及对公司的业务目标和方向能做出贡献的人。 4.Ensure compliance with statutory and local labor laws on employment terms, conditions and related issues 确保雇用条款,条件及相关的问题符合法律和当地劳工法。 5.Fosters trust and teamwork. 促进信任和团队合作。 6.Promote / build up company culture, increase employee satisfaction level through various employee activities, company culture communication sessions, benefits program and recognition program 促进/树立公司文化,通过各种员工活动、公司文化交流会议、福利计划和奖励计划来增加员工的满意度。 7.Effective communication with corporate HR team to implement corporate initiatives and programs 通过与总部人力资团队的有效沟通来执行总部的计划和项目 8.Conduct personnel cost budgeting in plant according to the guideline from Corporate HR. 根据总部的方针,负责完成工厂的人力成本预算。 9.Conduct annual salary increment & promotion program in the plant compliance with the instruction from Corporate HR. 根据总部的政策方针,负责完成工厂年度调薪和晋升计划。 10.Assist Corporate HR to set up HRIS in the plant and conduct regular info. maintenances. 协助总部建立工厂的人力资源系统,并负责做好日常的信息维护。 11.Assist corporate HR to plan and develop HR policy, procedure & performance appraisal system, and implement in the plant effectively. 协助总部制定和发展人事政策,流程和绩效考评体系,并负责在工厂的有效执行。
要求Requirement:
a. 最低学历要求Minimum education requirement University graduate with major in HR management, psychology, and other related field. 大学毕业,主修人力资源管理相关的专业 b. 专业技术要求Professional & technical: Good working knowledge of local labor legislation and regulations. 熟悉当地劳动立法和规则 Capable value-added advice to line management on all HR related issues by playing business partner role 作为一个业务伙伴的角色,有能力就所有人力资源相关的问题给予各级管理层有价值的建议。
Good organizational and planning abilities 良好的组织和计划能力
c. 工作经验要求Work Experience: At least 3 years’ HR experience with no less than 1 years in manufacturing and people management responsibilities 至少3年的人力资源工作经验,其中不少于1年在制造行业和人力管理方面的工作经验。 d . 技能要求Skills: Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills 优秀的沟通,表达及影响能力 Sound quantitative and statistical reasoning skills 良好的定量统计推理能力 Excellent interpersonal and leadership capability 优秀的人际关系和领导能力 Good speaking, writing, listening and reading skills in English . 基本的英语听说读写能力 e.个人品质要求Qualities: Responsible, and passionate in work, Integrity, honest 负责任,充满工作热情,正真,诚实 Team work 团队工作 f. 其他Others: Good networking ability with industry HR practitioners. 与相关行业人力资源从业者保持良好的关系 |
