Job description:
Preparation, Review and Approval of the Product Quality Plan.
Assurance of exceeding Customer Expectation
Be a Leader, Teacher, Facilitator and Motivator
Practice the Engagement, Communication and Alignment meeting fortnightly.
Promote Company Core Values, Good House keeping (Dust Free & Rust Free), safety/health practices in manufacturing floor
Internal Quality Audit Program (MSA Audit, ESD Audit, Manufacturing System Verification Daily Audit ….)
IPQA Audit
Customer Quality Audit / Inspection
Supplier Quality Evaluation and Qualification Program
Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions to quality problems
Arrangement of the Manpower and Resources to facilitate inspection activities as required by the Quality Control Plan
Requirements:
B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or other relevant technical discipline will be preferred;
Minimum 5 years experience in Quality Assurance in a similar manufacturing environment;
Must be familiar with SSQA and IPC-620;
With Semiconductor industry or mechanical background will be preferred;
