| 职位简介： |
Position responsibilities,
1.Organize, lead and facilitate process improvement within supply chain, including purchasing, planning, sourcing, logistics and warehouse.
2.Establish, maintain, and audit lean supply chain standard deliverable metrics for continuous improvement
3.Lead the development of current and future value stream maps; develop improvement plans to achieve the future state and drive plan work out.
4.Drive improvement on material turnover and flows.
5.Work together with suppliers to shorten lead time
6.Other tasks assigned
Position requirements,
1.Bachelor degree required. Master degree in MBA or supply chain is preferred.
2.Proven Leadership and Change Management experience driving Six Sigma projects
3.Hands-on Project Management experience.
4.Bilingual, English and Chinese
5.Excellent analytical skills.
6.Minimum 5 - 7 years experience in focused functional areas such as Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or Sourcing, or Logistics. |
