| 职位简介： |
Responsibilities:
He/She will be responsible for implement of technical projects with defined targets in cost, quality and schedule by project managers. He/She will focus on all actions to fulfill the target of the projects with high Customer Satisfaction level and guarantee that quality will be met every time.
Prepare the mechanical design concepts and product architectures to fulfill the assigned project requirements.
Collaborate and work out the structure, content and the schedule for respective working packages with project managers.
Liaise with the sourcing-department in answering technical questions for mechanical or electromechanical purchased parts.
Communicate with other functional team leaders (e.g. industrial design, electrical design) when technical problems arise.
Introduce new technologies, methods and tools to maintain and raise the team competency, and support to share know-how with other team members.
MFG cost process flow chart and work instruction preparation
To provide project related justification and analysis with good quality
Must have mechanical design experience
Design of fixture for ATE systems
Education:
Mechanical engineering degree is a must
Experience/Skills:
At least 2 to 7 years of professional experience in mechanical designer.
MS office skills (power-point, outlook, project, word, excel etc.,)
3D CAD-Tools, Pro/E is must, experience in Unigraphics / SolidWorks is a strong advantage;
Fluency in written, reading and spoken English is a must
Ability to analyze problems and derive solutions, and be team-work oriented, self-initiative; organized and quality-focus.
Must have mechanical design experience
Design of fixture for ATE systems is a PLUS |
