| 职位简介： |
Responsibility
-To support Materials organization to drive continuity of supply, supplier development and support tactical activities to optimize cost, quality, delivery & responsiveness.
-Ensure that no disruption of supply through the Flextronics Escalation Process.
-To support Global Procurement activities and responsible for local sourcing & alternate sourcing initiatives.
-Ensure that Global matrix such as Flex Factory & Supplier Rating System are recorded & rated. Support component localization upon request from customer
-To provide timely and competitive materials costs in order to secure projects.
-Ensure achieve cost reduction & GPPV target
-Maintain, review and improve Baan systems to enhance procurement processes & procedures and supplier data base setup
-Ensure the timely & accurate maintenance of purchasing data into Baan system to allow part purchase
-To manage supplier rating program.
-Coordinate the timely submission of supplier rating system from North China cluster (Flextronics Shanghai, Changzhou & Nanjing) to Global Procurement.)
-To drive supplier sign up & implement CRP/SMI & Flexpass
-Ensure achieve FFM target %
Requirement
-Degree in Business Administration or Material Engineering will be preferred.
-Minimum 5 years in Purchasing, Planning or Sourcing related position.
-At least 2 years experience in management position.
-Fluent written & verbal English & Mandarin
-Good communication and presentation skill
-Good leadership |
