| 职位简介： |
Locate in Shanghai or Changzhou（上海，常州）
Job Description:
-Responsible for managing the segment's local supply base at the manufacturing site in collaboration and coordination with Infrastructure and Global commodity management.
-Responsible for developing and driving the localization strategy, as well as supporting business transitions, and the smooth and timely introduction of new programs, including make versus buy analysis and support.
-Focused on supporting the site with local supplier issues, escalations, supply chain strategies, etc., including price negotiations where appropriate.
-Help to implement the global programs at the site for supplier selection, performance and optimization.
-Assists in driving the global and segment commodity/supplier strategies and sourcing decisions.
-Works with Strategic Supply Chain Managers and Infrastructure Commodity management in developing the commodity/supplier local sourcing strategies by providing the site inputs for supplier and commodity expectations and requirements.
-Supports the site as the local point for supplier and supply chain initiative escalations.
-Key interface for the site into Infrastructure commodity management.
Qualifications:
-Knowledge of and experience with different commodities (electrical, electrical-mechanical and mechanical), including basic understanding of market conditions and trends, supply base, business terms, industry knowledge, etc
-Very good supplier relationship management and negotiating skills
-Ability to handle and understand certain technical aspects of the commodities
-Very good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work and collaborate with different functions.
-Ability to effectively work with suppliers and potential with customers.
-Experience is implementing and driving strategies
Education / Training:
-Minimum Bachelor's degree with a technical or business major
-Over 5 years experience in commodity and supplier management, or materials procurement within a manufacturing environment.
-Very good understanding of Supply Chain management practices and systems.
-Good command of writing and speaking English.
-Strong skills in MS office software applications. |
