| 职位简介： |
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Execute plastics technology initiatives by organizing projects, setting up & running injection molding processes, measuring and analyzing results, and documenting progress
2 Apply experience in injection molding, plastics materials, and part analysis to provide technical support for the implementation of new equipment and tooling technologies
3 Define and execute the processing of plastics technology initiatives that incorporate advanced molding parameters associated with insert and over-molding of various materials
4 Participate in technology development projects by providing innovative process and tooling solutions that can differentiate Flextronics and add customer value.
5 Define projects and experiments with multiple and sometimes complex variables
6 Flexibility to learn and support new equipment and tooling technologies being developed as a function of the technology organization
7 Apply experience and work with outside entities on latest injection molding and supporting technologies to develop well rounded Flextronics expertise.
8 Actively participate in technology initiatives with customers and across all Flextronics divisions
9 Ownership of projects and reliable communication of progress and results both within the technology center and extended Flextronics locations
REQUIREMENTS:
1 BS Degree in Mech/Mfg. Engineering or equivalent
2 Advanced training and experience with complex plastic injection molding, insert molding of both laminates and structural parts, advanced mold processing and tooling technologies, and typical secondary support equipment.
3 Experience with advanced molding automation
4 Understanding of Design of Experiment principles and experience setting up technical projects and experiments
5 Experience with new technologies and capabilities within the plastics manufacturing industry
6 Strong engineering fundamentals and experience with documentation required to support new technologies in a manufacturing environment
7 Fluent English and strong communication skills
8 Ideal candidate will provide professional engineering methodologies and apply them hands-on to the manufacturing environment
