| 职位简介: |
RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute plastics technology initiatives by organizing projects, setting up & running injection molding processes, measuring and analyzing results, and documenting progress Apply experience in injection molding, plastics materials, and part analysis to provide technical support for the implementation of new equipment and tooling technologies Define and execute the processing of plastics technology initiatives that incorporate advanced molding parameters associated with insert and over – molding of various materials Participate in technology development projects by providing innovative process and tooling solutions that can differentiate Flextronics and add customer value. Define projects and experiments with multiple and sometimes complex variables Flexibility to learn and support new equipment and tooling technologies being developed as a function of the technology organization Apply experience and work with outside entities on latest injection molding and supporting technologies to develop well rounded Flextronics expertise. Actively participate in technology initiatives with customers and across all Flextronics divisions Ownership of projects and reliable communication of progress and results both within the technology center and extended Flextronics locations
REQUIREMENTS: BS Degree in Mech / Mfg. Engineering or equivalent Advanced training and experience with complex plastic injection molding, insert molding of both laminates and structural parts, advanced mold processing and tooling technologies, and typical secondary support equipment. Experience with advanced molding automation Understanding of Design of Experiment principles and experience setting up technical projects and experiments Experience with new technologies and capabilities within the plastics manufacturing industry Strong engineering fundamentals and experience with documentation required to support new technologies in a manufacturing environment Fluent English and strong communication skills Ideal candidate will provide professional engineering methodologies and apply them hands-on to the manufacturing environment General manufacturing engineering experience in operations, product development, or project management |
