| 职位简介： |
Primary Objective:
-Development of the hardware for test system
-Develop fixturing for test system
-Understand equipment necessary for hardware design for test system
-Board (PCBA) Lay out
-Excellent control capability in the life-time of development
-Continuous improvement for the development project till EOL
Major Accountabilities:
(The incumbent has the responsibility and authority to make decision as directed by manager)
Job Description:
-Provide hardware solution to customer according to test requirements
-Work with software engineer to develop test specification documentation for test
-Must speak English and Mandarin
-Technical support for test engineering group
-Test System design
-Must have some understand test equipment and the proper application
-Must be a team player and also willing to be creative and make decisions
-Must be able to complete projects in a controlled time with little or no supervision
-Must be willing to find ways to cut cost by optimization of hardware for speed, reliability, and increase through put in manufacturing
-Air interfaces: TDMA, GSM, CDMA 2000xx, W_CDMA, and UMTS (Big PLUS)
-Continuous improvement for the development project till EOL
-Possible travel as needed
-Train team members as needed
-Working in Communications (PLUS)
-Must be able to communicate with vendors on technology
