| 职位简介： |
Responsibility:
1. Compiles with all assigned tasks and duties as per FDOP.
2. Appointed as the Management Representative of Flextronics to liaison with customers for testing techniques,
strategies and costs.
3. Plans all departmental issues like testing, calibration and preventive maintenance for the company.
4. Alerts Senior Management for Product liability and major safety issues.
5. Stops lines production / operation whenever safety problems pops up or otherwise appropriate.
6. Continuously reviews, upgrades and improves Flextronics Testing Technique, facilities, strategies and direction.
7. Continuously reviews, upgrades and improves internal Preventive Maintenance and calibration methods, strategies
and facilities.
8. Appointed as the Management Representative of Flextronics to liaison with customers for testing techniques,
strategies and costs.
9. Plans all departmental issues like testing, calibration and preventive maintenance for the company.
10. Liaison with venders, suppliers and customers whenever appropriate.
11. Brings in appropriate tests from customers and sets up necessary tests within the department.
12. Sources material, equipment and tools for the department.
13. Determines / Chooses appropriate suppliers.
Requirements:
1) Degree or above in Electronic / Manufacturing
2) Familiar with Electronic Consumer Product Testing
3) Good knowledge on handling failure analysis and working out suitable
solutions
4) Good knowledge in ISO 9000, international standard.
5) Good command of written and spoken English / Mandarin
6) Stable with solid working experiences and a good team player
7) At least 5 years of manager position experience_
8) Min of 3 years supervisory experience with PRC staffs_
