| 职位简介： |
Responsibility
1)Facility in order to meet order delivery dates and quality standards at minimum cost
2)Responsible for the effective distribution of required product mixed to the right customers at the right time
3)Responsible for development and implementation of all assembly and production functions
4)Plan and monitor manufacturing activities with full responsibility for quality, cost and delivery
5)Provide leadership and direction to a group of technical and production staff to meet delivery and quality standard at minimum cost
6)Motivate and develop a team of Process Engineers & Supervisors and subordinates to maintain a high degree of efficiency
7)Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve on quality, engineering, materials and human resources
8)Initiate and implement cost reduction and quality improvement projects
9)Establish on-going training program for subordinates
10)Drive continuous improvement programs and 5S
11)Assist in obtaining ISO2000 certification and upon certification, the maintenance and continuous implementation of the Quality System
12)Responsible for all development of functional policies and processes and their implementations
13)Main driver for recruiting technically competent engineers in the highly technical based environment
14)Apply high level of core competencies across large segments of the product group functions
Requirements
1)University/College graduate
2)10 years of managerial and professional experience in manufacturing/assembly functions
3)Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4)Excellent interpersonal skills with all departments/units
5)Experience in the manufacturing of sheet metal and/or plastic parts and assemblies
6)Strong management skills
7)Ability to conduct workshops to improve staff technical and leadership skills
8)Preferable related industry experience
9)Highly knowledgeable in high volume production and highly automated manufacturing environment
10)Individual should possess and continue to develop most of the following success qualities: enthusiasm; self-confidence; persistence; goal-oriented; initiative; self-discipline; etc
