| 职位简介: |
Responsibilities: 1.Handle the whole spectrum of Human Resources functions as a second-in demand in the department. 2.To direct and implement human resources policies and manpower plans to ensure a highly-motivated workforce in support of business development and objectives 3.Plan and implement approved strategies and programs. 4.Monitor legal, social issues and keep abreast of the latest human resource trends, techniques and development to advise the senior management 5.Monitor computerized Human Resources and payroll system and its implementation. 6.Lead and supervise the team in the provision of day-to-day human resources, training and office administrative services 7.Ad-hoc analysis and projects 8.To build relationship with business units and provide staff recruitment services in a fair, efficient and cost-effective manner 9.To effectively manage compensation and benefits systems to ensure that they are competitive with market levels 10.To work pro-actively with line managers to implement business programs by giving strategic advice and support on HR issues 11.To exercise judgment, integrity and creativity in problem solving within approved guidelines
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource, Business Administration or other related discipline. 2. Over six years solid experiences in Human Resources, and at least two years in managerial positions, preferably in a multinational manufacturing enterprises. 3. Sound knowledge of overall HR spectrum, and familiar with China Labor Law and related regulations. 4. Strong people management and development skills. 5. Strong drive, customer orientation, and ability to execute. 6. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with senior management. 7. Judgment, initiative, and tenacity demonstrated in an environment of rapid change. 8. Ability to collaborate across boundaries, disciplines, and cultures, especially in an evolving matrix environment. 9. Excellent planning, co-ordination, and organizational skills. 10. Excellent command of written and spoken English, and good MS office operation skills.
