| 职位简介： |
Responsibility
1.Ensure purchase Requisition and Purchase Orders are executed according to delivery schedule.
2.Ensure that direct/indirect materials are received on time.
3.Formulation and implementation of purchasing and planning strategy.
4.Ensure that inventory targets are met through the tools provided.
5.Monitor production progress to make sure that demand is met.
6.Manage excess and obsolete materials.
7.Monitor supplier quality performance.
8.Development of direct reports through OJT, coaching, and other activities in order to continuously motivate and improve individual and group performances
9.Coordination with other department.
10.Ensure data integrity in the system.
11.Ensure PPV is adhered and feedback with discrepancy.
12.Monitor ECN execution.

Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above, Master degree in MBA or supply chain is preferred.
2.Minimum 5-7(including 2 years management experience) years experience in focused functional areas such as Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or 3.Sourcing, or Logistics in electronic or electrical manufacture.
4.Hands-on Project Management experience.
5.Fluent oral and verbal English and Chinese
6.Proven excellent communication and leadership skills. |
