| 职位简介: |
Purpose and Objectives: The purpose of the Senior HR Consultant is to deliver the best services to company's customers by the successful project implementations.
Education and Qualification: - Bachelor degree or above in relevant areas - Involved in at least 4 full life-cycle SAP HR Projects, of which at least 2 in a consulting role - Have good understanding of SAP HR functionalities and features and familiar with Chinese localization - Excellent interpersonal , communication presentation and facilitation skills - Self-motivated with strong collaborative spirit working with the peers and the project team - Be willing to work under challenge and pressures - Be willing to travel - Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
Expectation and Tasks - Support in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects - Industry and process-oriented consulting with external and internal customers - Performance of feasibility studies / project reviews - Support of pre-sales activities - Take over responsibility from time to time as a sub project team leader
Work Experience - At least 4 years experience in SAP HR implementations, including over 1 year's exposure in functional and/or technical leadership role or equivalent and thorough understanding of implementation cycles and deliveries
