The HR Manager must have the following skills and experience: Experience in all disciplines of HR management, in particular solid experience in recruitment； Business oriented and able to understand the complexity of outsourcing business with global clients； Experience from working in an international environment； Good interpersonal skills and sound judgement； Preferably a university degree, minimum bachelor degree。
