1. 3+ year application development experience in SMS or MMS (MUST). 2. Good knowledge or experience in the OMA MMS specifications and ETSI SMS specifications. 3. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent 4. Good command of English 5. 3+ years WinCE/Windows Mobile application development experience 6. 3+ years proficient C/C++ programming in mobile phone software development 7. 3+ years experience in integrating 3rd parties Software 8. Able to communicate and co-work with the platform and SW providers and 3rd parties 9. Able to programming and debugging at HW device level 10.
