Job Specifications: In charge of HR and Admin work of Branch office, include but limite to: Preparation & planning of staff recruitment Maintain and carry out HR system, in charge of Administrative work for office Perform personnel administration duty incl. but not limited to: recruitment, employee file keeping, salary calculation etc... Liaise with local authorities regarding administrative & HR matters (registration, calculation & filing of welfare...etc) Assistant Regional HR and Admin manager and/or Branch manager to work
Requirements: Minimum bachelor degree or equivalent qualifications, preference HR major Min 3 years experience in similar position, preferably in a Joint Vnture Fully understand Chinese labor law and related HR regulations Computer proficiency Good command of English Self-motivated and hardworking Able to work in a team |
