Job Title:Manufacturing Manager Immediate Supervisor : Plant Manager Kind of Subordinates:Offset Team Manager Flexo Team Manager Imprinting Team Manager Plate Making Manager Job Purpose: Responsible for the management and coordination of manufacturing operations consistent with cost, productivity, reliability, quality, productivity objectives. Main Responsibilities: -To lead Offset, Flexo, imprint, Plate Making team to ensure company target are achieved, plan and organize production to meet orders of customers -Prepare for Annual Operations Plan, execute and control the planned expenditure budget -Supervise, educate and coordinates production managers, supervisors, technicians and operators to continuously improve contribution margin, product quality, productivity, set-up time, inventory turns, scarp rate and turnaround time -Continuously monitor and exploit new technologies where appropriate to provide cost savings and competitive advantages -Drive the implementation of 6 sigma in manufacturing team -People development and succession plan -Establish a consistent operational metrics that are comprised of a set of standard core manufacturing indicators that is being implemented and reported across divisions Job Requirement: - Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or related fields. - At least 8 years experience of which 5 years in managerial levels in manufacturing /production processes - Proven management and motivational skills - Proven ability to deliver continuous improvement - Strong problem solving skills - Knowledge of offset printing is an advantage - Must be capable of leading a diverse organization of direct and indirect reports. Must be capable of horizontal and vertical influence and engagement. - Demonstrated proficiency to manage multiple tasks, to set priorities, and to meet deadlines - Good English communication skill.
