职位简介:
Major Responsibility: -Lead and supervise Recruitment team, to provide effective and efficient employment services to meet the business needs of the company. -Define recruiting strategy, analyze recruitment effectiveness and efficiency. -Control human resource and recruitment activities based on approved headcount budget. -Prepare recruitment budget and monitor the resource allocation to control recruitment cost. -Manage the whole recruitment process, which include developing recruitment channels, placing advertisement, selection, placement and separation. -Responsible for staff performance management. -Conduct exit interview to find out root causes and seek for solutions. -Responsible for managing recruitment related reporting, to provide updated information to management. -Review and update the company's employment procedure and practice to ensure the compliance with the labor law and regulations. -Participate in HRIS implementation, such as Platinum system.
Requirement: -Bachelor degree holder in English, Human Resource, Management or other equivalent, MBA preferred. -At least 5 years relevant experience gained in prestigious MNC, including 2 years experience at supervisory level. -Excellent command of English, fluent in speaking and writing, speak Cantonese is an advantage. -Good leadership skill in leading and coaching team members. -Well versed with HR knowledge, Labor Law and local regulations.
