职位简介：
Job Mission: As a member of this team you will build in-house game server in .net framework. This role requires provable commercial experience in .net development for intranets and web sites; .net application design; database integration; server management and architecture design. Candidates are expected to work with mobile client side game developers to define requirements, draw up specifications and code the project through to completion.
Position Description:
Main responsibilities: 1. Work closely with client side game developers and other staffs to establish needs and specify development work. 2. Design a scalable architecture to meet these goals both now and in the future. 3. Build projects to specification and timescale. 4. Perform some integration work with other Microsoft systems. 5. Document all work carried out. 6. Write and perform unit test and document codes properly.
The successful applicant will have most of the traits and experiences listed below:
1. Degree level qualification desirable but suitable experience will be considered. 2. Demonstrable experience of designing and coding a web development project. 3. Ability to take a project through from conception to completion. 4. A meticulous eye for detail. 5. Ability to cope with conflicting demands and to prioritise tasks. 6. Experience of working in a busy office environment and strong interpersonal skills.
Specific Technical Requirements: 1. Excellent knowledge and demonstrable of TCP/IP, socket and multithread programming experience. 2. Proven experience of database design, optimisation and replication in SQL Server 2000 essential. 3. Knowledge of Windows 2000/2003 Server configuration. 4. Wap server or other server side development experience an advantage. 5. Experience of distributed architecture and high performance server development is desirable.
