职位简介:
Resposibilities: Lead a technical team of mechanical engineers and work with US leads to develop products on time and within budget in consumer electronics, toy and school market.
Requirement: - 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering with at least 3-5 years of experience managing mechanical teams. - A BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - Excellent cross-disciplinary communication, teamwork and management skills – must be able to work with function leads of EE, MFG, ID, QA and Operations to define team interactions, boundaries and responsibilities. - Strong technical skills while maintaining full, hands on capability. - Understand stress analysis concepts, mechanism design, plastic design and CAD in adequate depth to identify team strengths and weaknesses, and to mentor developing engineers. - Experience with design of injection molded plastics and consumer products desired - Knowledge of toys safety standard and regulations. - Good written and spoken communication in English and Chinese
