DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Map HR needs and capabilities of Group. 2.Develop and implement Corp HR plans and programs. This will include, but is not limited to: A.Development of policies and procedures B.Development and standardization of organizational structures C.Introduction of HR systems (compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, organizational development, etc) D.Establishment and monitoring of social responsibilities issues E.Training of HR counterparts on systems and procedures 3.Monitor progress of implementation efforts and raise issues to concerned parties for resolution 4.Administer HR services for corporate group employees (i.e., compensation and benefits, organizational review 5.Others as may be assigned from time to time REQUIREMENTS 1.At least 5 years experience in Human Resources function, 1-2 years at officer/supervisor level. 2.Bachelor's degree in Psychology, English, or related 3.Knowledgeable in china labor laws, compensation and benefits administration, training & development 4.Very good English and Mandarin communication skills (written and oral) 5.Excellent Computer command. 6.Willing to travel.
