Education: Bachelor Degree in a scientific field. Experience: - Minimum of 2 years experience in IC packaging and Analytical/Organic chemistry. - Metrology science experience is desirable. - Must understand requirements established in Directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS) and be familiar with Directive 2002/96/EC (WEEE), China RoHS and China "CCC" testing. - Communicate effectively with all parties associated with company's Environmental Management System, Quality and Reliability Systems, inside engineering staff and company's customer base. - Will need to travel internationally. - Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
