Key responsibility: To support Operations Manager in managing and supervising the operations duties and related project. To coordinate with sub-contractors and internal operational teams to ensure day-to-day operations are effected in a timely& accurate manner. To report and monitor performance of sub-contractors. To coordinate internal operational teams to seek and implement process improvements. To maintain good relationship with business partners (e.g. Customs, customers) and assist in liaison with the partners on operational matters.
Key requirement: Degree in warehouse / operation or relevant discipline; 5 years plus related working experience with 3 years in a managerial capacities in Multi-national companies, preferably in logistic industry; Good knowledge of warehouse / operation regulations and practices; Well versed with warehouse operations management; Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, assertive and persistent;
