①Manage the Quality Assurance functions (IQA, IPQE, CQE); ensure all products meet Engineering and Quality standards as required by customers.
②Develop and implement required quality system including document control system to achieve Operational and Quality goals and objectives.
③Manage the QSM functions; ensure all relevant customer documents download from E2Open; review, notify and issue to related department for execution.
④Manage Customers’ expectations and establish strong working relationship with customers.
⑤Improve Cost of Quality.
⑥Organization and Leadership.
⑦Skill/Knowledge/Attitude upgrade for staff.
⑧Partnering with Internal departments, use data effectively and continuously drive for Process and Quality Improvements.
⑨Enhance staff awareness in quality service.
⑩Manage QA Lab and Failure Analysis function.
Basic Quality Management Knowledge, SPC, understand HDD special requirement such as ESD/Contamination control, understand related mechanical/electronic theory, strong communication and good coordinating capability, statistical and analytical knowledge, good command of English and well verse in application software. |
