1）Degree in Engineering or Science with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Planning and/or Production Control & Manufacturing OR. 2）Good interpersonal skills. 3）Ability to communicate at all levels. 4）Good team player. 5）Knowledge of SMT production control preferred. 6）Self-motivated and resourceful individual. 7）Must be proactive and task oriented. 8）Familiarize with high mix low volume (HMLV) production plan.
