Manage the Quality Assurance functions (IQA, IPQE, CQE); ensure all products meet Engineering and Quality standards as required by customers. Develop and implement required quality system including document control system to achieve Operational and Quality goals and objectives. Manage the QSM functions; ensure all relevant customer documents download from E2Open; review, notify and issue to related department for execution. Manage Customers' expectations and establish strong working relationship with customers. Improve Cost of Quality. Organization and Leadership. Skill/Knowledge/Attitude upgrade for staff. Partnering with Internal departments, use data effectively and continuously drive for Process and Quality Improvements. Enhance staff awareness in quality service. Manage QA Lab and Failure Analysis function.
