1. Qualified candidates need to have 4 years ME or engineering degree, with at least 10 years supplier quality experience & project management at a multi-national company. 2. With strong communication and execution skills, knowledge of geometric dimension, tolerance and mechanical components inspection methods, molding tooling qualification are required. 3. Knowing tooling fabrication and molding process a must. 4. Candidates must have strong experience on managing SQE to direct suppliers on failure root causes, develop process control and action plan, lead supplier's quality and production to improve Culligan production yield and product quality. 5. Taiwanese with mainland experience is highly preferred.
