Position Objective 职务目标 Planning of Production in close cooperation with Production departments to meet customers demand on Iron castings in an efficient manner 职责范围 Establish Production Organizing tools to communicate customer's demand with productions departments Planning of Core production Planning of Iron qualities to be delivered to the Molding Line Monitoring the efficiency of Molding Line and involve it in considerations of Production Planning Communication with customers to find proper solutions to meet tight delivery times in case of necessity Supervise employees to do TPM work to cooperate necessary maintenance; Monitoring of the performance of all Production departments like Molding Line, Melting Shop, Core Shop, Unfinished castings Information to Head of Production in case of running into a Bottle neck in respect of delivery times and finding appropriate solutions Playing active role in FMEA and APQP; Coach, develop and evaluate employees;
