职位简介：
Duties & Responsibilities:
? Responsible for coordinating with facilities and equipment vendors for predetermined preventive maintenance services
? Review and monitor stability and availability of data center services and equipment
? Perform predefined routine data and system backups and ensure tape backups are successfully done, and any preventive/corrective action is taken in a timely manner
? Perform routine schedule of batch jobs and ensure they are completed successfully
? Administer and upkeep data center facilities are in good working conditions
? Ensure data center physical security & data security, integrity and protection against unauthorized access or intrusion
? Coordinate with building management for outage schedules, and ensure proper shutdown and startup of data center facilities and equipment
? Maintain and review annual service level agreements and/or maintenance agreements with local country users and local external vendors
? Report all faults and problem logging to the Supervisor on a timely basis and follow up closely until problem is resolved
? Maintain and update data center operations manual & all supporting documentation and review logs with proper sign-off by Supervisor
? Ensure compliance to all procedures as prescribed within the data center operations manual
? Conduct server management on a daily basis and submit review checklist/log done for the day to the Supervisor.
? Maintain and review visitor logbook
Qualifications:
? College graduate with minimum 2 years of relevant LAN management experience
? Strong data center operational experience
? Service-oriented and responsible
? Operating knowledge and experience with supporting a data center environment running on Windows/2K, SUN UNIX, SYBASE, SQL, etc.
