Responsibilities:
Understand the respective customer systems and requirements .This is achieved through regularly scheduled visits to the customer facilities throughout China. Develop and enhance relationships within each customer at all levels of influence. Understand their needs and represent the best position for Company. Identify key champions at each customer. Identify, develop and implement sales and marketing plan to grow and establish Company EC business in China based on strategic opportunities. Identify vehicle platforms and respective key personnel as they relate to applications of the Company product. Represent Company technical, product, quality and manufacturing capabilities at all times Create and continually update aggressive sales plans with critical tasks towards generation of all potential Company product opportunities at each respective customer. Establish a strong, team oriented sales force in China as necessary to support sales growth opportunity and customer management Foster a strong; team oriented approach with the respective Company Program Managers, Senior Executives and Technical Experts covering each respective customs
Compliment the efforts of the Company Regional Customer leadership by assisting in the program definition, prototype stages, management review Assist the establishment, growth, capability and team work of the Company China office and operations. Support Company as a Marketing expert to assist in developing and implementing strategic plans and support global growth of Company business.
Requirements: 1. Business Bachelor Degree or MBA 2. Minimum of 4 years B to B sales management experience preferred; ideally experience in the luxury market 3. Excellent communication in both English and Chinese (French as an option) 5. Strong influencing skills 6. Keen analytical skills; Strategic and Conceptual thinking |
