Position 1: Manufacturing Manager, Machining

Responsibilities : -Oversee division operation in terms of cost, response, delivery, quality, order planning, production scheduling, inventory control and resources utilization -Achieve operations goal within budget and be fully accountable for effective cost management -Ensure operations adhere strictly to operating procedures, maintenance program and quality requirement from international quality standard -Staff management and development – grow, develop and retain technical skills in order to meet operation needs / business growth -Act as change agent to drive changes and continuous improvements in Gemba Kaizen methodology to bring organization to world class standard
Requirements : -Degree or above in Engineering / Manufacturing Management or related disciplines -Minimum 10 years’ working experience in manufacturing with at least 3 years at supervisory level -Experience in managing 600+ workforce and annual turnover of US 20 million -Knowledge in manufacturing techniques and process on Kaizen / Six Sigma, ERP system logistics management, and QS / TS Quality Systems -Experience in component machining process, like lathing, milling, grinding, etc -Familiar heat treatment (induction, furnace) and gears (module<1.5) -Good leadership skill with the ability to build and promote team spirits -Good interpersonal and communication skills for team building and strategic cascading -Proficiency in English & Chinese, including conversational Mandarin -Work and station in Shenzhen plant, China
Position 2: Production Manager, Plastic Injection

Responsibilities : -Ensure production running smoothly and delivery in time and fulfil customers request -Implement production schedule, follow up production process and solve the production problems -Reasonably allocate manpower & production resources, prioritize implementation according to customer needs for current products -Daily workshop inspection, implement safety policy and other process policy according to **’s standards -Ensure fully implementation of quality policy; once quality problem appeared, promptly improvable action is needed
Requirements : -Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Industrial Management or related discipline -Minimum 10 years experience from manufacturing with over 3 years of production manager capacity -Solid exposure in Plastic Injection Production -Ability to lead and manage a sizable team and communicate with different level background people -6 sigma and TS16949 experience -Good command of English and Chinese (including conversational Mandarin) -Station in Shenzhen 5 days per week
