Position Summary职位概述:
The candidate is responsible for establish and maintain the ISO 9000 quality management system in PY plant. Also, the candidate will help the company to seek for continuous improvement by quality objective measurement, quality issue investigation and quality audit, etc.
Key Responsibilities主要职责:
-To support on quality management system maintenance. -To prepare work instructions, procedures & quality related documents. -To carry out quality assurance audits. -To investigate quality issues and seek for corrective actions. -To control on the measuring equipment being used related to product quality. -To promote quality awareness to the company. -To monitor the quality objectives, to prepare various quality analysis & performance reports. -To facilitate improvement projects. -To provide technical consultation to the company.
-Degree holder in Quality / Operations / Industrial Management or related discipline. -5 years experience in quality management role, preferably in a multinational with substantial manufacturing operations. -Hand on experience on ISO 9000 is a must; candidates with experience in continuous improvement techniques will be highly regarded. -Familiar with MS Office; knowledge in Visio will be an advantage -Good in both written and spoken English. Assistant Quality Manager - Camera Module
Roles and responsibilities: * Mainly focus on camera module business unit. Assist business team to meet company target and work with Functional team to improve supporting work for camera module business; * Proactively identify customer expectation, product and service requirement for total customer satisfaction, expertise the process and engineering solution for prevention, quality control and service; * Provide support to all functions to ensure that appropriate corrective and preventive measures are taken and implemented on a timely basis; * Monitor and evaluate the level of involvement and success of the Quality Engineering activities, provide the appropriate level of feedback, support and coaching; * Develop, motivate and lead all team members to perform to their full potential, providing direct and timely feedback in formal and informal media.
General requirements: * Degree/Diploma in Science or related discipline, minimum 6 years working experience in Camera Module quality management; * Proficient and knowledgeable in all areas related to the Quality Assurance function and Camera Quality Engineering; * Working knowledge of COB process, Statistical Process Control and related Quality system; * Excellent English skill, fluent oral English; * Able to lead and coach all Quality Assurance personnel to enable them to be more independent and take ownership of their efforts; * Fine leadership and interpersonal skill, results oriented attitude, achieve through team concept skills/activities.
