职位简介：
QA Supervisor
2 H/C, one requires for good oral English and another one requires working experience in Japanese company & preferred with good English meanwhile.
Roles and responsibilities:
Monitor process yields throughout the line. Recognize and help solve yield-decreasing problem, and implement and drive internal corrective actions; Drive customer corrective actions, communicate with customers when necessary to ensure verification of corrective actions; Carry out experimentation, process capability studies, or other technical evaluation to improve yield and quality; Internal Communication, ensure production information is communicated consistently and effectively throughout the line and from shift to shift; Ensure the process being done is in compliance with the Deviation Authorization. Follow up on the changes of the effective and expiry date. General requirements:
Degree/Diploma in engineering discipline, minimum 6 years PCBA quality experience; Working knowledge of PCB assembly process, Statistical Process Control and FMEA; Good English skill, fluent oral English; Fine leadership and interpersonal skill, results oriented attitude, achieve through team concept skills/activities.
