Main Responsibilities: 1. Manage planning Jobs including Demanding Planning, Capacity Planning, Production Planning and Materials Planning; 2. Serving as liaison between Sales, deployment and Marketing and Production, responsible for Demanding planning on imported FG and local FG, support sales team and keep right FG inventory; 3. Supervise production planner on production planning, follow up production order and keep right Local FG inventory; 4. Supervise materials planner to keep right materials inventory; 5. Work with the team to deployment and improve supply chain metrics (i.e. order fill, ITO, Forecast accuracy, and total inventory control); 6. Support and assist Supplier Chain Manager to complete jobs on S&OP and planning, perform essential tasks to support company Sales & Operation Planning process.
Qualifications: 1. More than 5 years working experience in planning and inventory control, at least 3 years at supervisor position; 2. Understanding information flow throughout demand and supply planning processes; 3. Understanding of purchasing, planning, scheduling, inventory management; 4. Have experience on manufacture site, understanding of load, capacity, and bottlenecks in the production environment; 5. Solid MRP II logic understanding & ERP knowledge; 6. Good command of English in speaking and writing; 7. Good communication skills, negotiation skill, problem solving skills. Team work is a must; 8. Can work under pressure.
