工作职责： 1.To provide technical support for the repair and overhaul of nacelle components using manuals, blue prints and specifications. 2.Prepare repair schemes for out of manual work and resolve technical problems in the workshop. 3.Prepare Standard Inspection & Repair Record (IRR) Forms for assigned programs. 4.Prepare standard Sub-Job Attachment s for the programs. 5.Disposition discrepancies identified in IRR and prepare Bill of Materials. 6.Prepare engineering quotations and damage reports. 7.Prepare repair schemes for non-standard repair jobs and create supporting substantiation / justification. 8.Solve work-in-progress problems using cost-effective measures. 9.Coordinate with Operations Department, Tooling Engineers and Materials Department to ensure the product is delivered on the committed date. 10.Advise Technicians in solving technical problems in the workshop. 11.Support Sales in Local/Overseas assignments. 12.Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
职位要求： 1.Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautics Engineering from a recognized University 2.3 to 5 years’ experience in aerospace industry, in particular sheetmetal fabrication, structural component assembly, and preferably with some basic experience in structural stress analysis Speak, write English to a reasonable level 3.Knowledge in aerospace composite technology would be an added advantage 4.Able to read technical drawings/manuals 5.Computer Literate - Microsoft Office 6.Age range from mid 20s to 30s
