Main Responsibilities/主要职责： ·Project Management of 65nm / 45nm CMOS integration - 65nm / 45nm CMOS集成项目管理 ·Co-ordination of module development activities -各组件技术发展之整合 ·Development & characterization of integrated process of 45nm CMOS development -45nm CMOS集成工艺的发展及成型 ·Responsible for solving integration issues, and driving yield and reliability improvement -解决集成中的问题, 提升产量及良率 ·Perform major role in driving the technical competence/excellence with various working groups. -在与其他工作团队密切合作的过程中扮演主要角色
Pre-requisites/要求: ·Masters/ PhD in Electrical/ Electronics/ Physics -电子/电气/物理专业硕士/博士学历 ·Knowledge of device physics -器件物理专业知识 ·Familiar with copper integration -熟悉copper 集成工艺 ·Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in process integration -有至少7年工艺集成相关工作经验 ·Good communication skills with an open attitude as team player -作为团队一员,具有良好的沟通技巧和外向型个性 ·Strong leadership qualities -卓越的领导能力及品质
