职位描述： §Establishes, maintains and develops business and relationship with customers and distributions to achieve sales targets. §Executes demand creation programs at new and existing customers; promotes new and existing IR products and solutions to customers. §Works closely with Application Engineer groups to provide technical, application, trouble -shooting support to the field, to achieve design-win and segment penetration. §Handles customers' problems & complaints effectively; identifies and provides support needed by customers. §Collects market intelligence information and provides feedback. §Works in a team regionally and cross function to achieve assigned tasks and objectives.
