联系电话:010-58831328 联系人:孙先生 Primary Responsibilities 1 Lead and manage team in accordance with corporate processes including concept development,plan development,program implementation and program measurement/evaluation 2 Contract with national golf course with the lowest price ,training every golf course sales staff with CEF program. 3 Build product and golf course knowledge system, Manage and continuously improve Level 1, 2, 3 internal training programs as required 4 Establish CEF training handbook and courses fore various themes, like product training, golf course training ,selling skill, TTT. 5 Deliver training to sales team, key accounts and training seminars. 6 Work closely with the sales team to achieve and measure the results 7 Ensure the sales force apply the acquired knowledge thru working with them in the field, and collect feedback in order to improve internal education quality. 8 Collaborate with sales and marketing team to help maintain and expand business in China by incorporating education programs in their areas, Responsible for team training and development. Requirements: 1 A relevant Business Degree, preferably in Golf Management/Marketing/ Management/Training background 2 7 years experience in sales during which at least 3 years at managerial level.At least 5 years experience in the golf industry. 3 Experienced in sales/ marketing/ training functions for at least 3 to 5 years in golf industry. 4 Experienced in national golf course/club/golf equipment brand 5 Experienced in mentorship/ coaching/ selling skills and other related soft skills training for sales team and new hires 6 Experience in the area of interventional fields preferred Skills/ Competency 7 A team player as well as an independent worker 8 Presentation and influential skills 9 Strong Golf product and technical knowledge 10 Proficiency in both written and conversational English and Mandarin (Putonghua) 11 Good relationship with the trade, understanding of business, interpersonal skills and analytical mind.
