Responsibilities Using 6 Sigma & Lean initiatives to drive process improvements Mentor Six Sigma quality projects. Identify issues and challenges, measure and validate project results, and facilitate successful implementation of all facets of process improvements or changes identified Identify key customer satisfaction metrics and drive improvement in performance. Ensure operational definitions and performance targets are based on customer expectations Facilitate a data-driven, statistical approach to problem solving, including gathering, analyzing and reporting data Mentor Black Belts on Six Sigma Best practice sharing & implementation
Requirements
Bachelor or equivalent At least 2 years related work experience With statistics and analytical mind Working experience in factory will be a plus；Excellent English Location: Dalian
