responsibilities: 1 Develops production schedules in conjunction with the Production manger;plan,directs and assigns duties for manufactueing personnel;schedules and authorizes overtime as necessary to meet production schedules. 2 Ensure the production cell running at dafety,high efficient way with reasonable cost. 3 Trains employees on manufacturing functions;conducts safety orientations and meetings;assures that established policies and procedures are followed. 4 Coordinates with the Technical Manager for development of manufacturing methods processes,tooling and material necessary to produce new products.Reviews and implements engineering change notices as appropriate;updates manufacturing documentation including manuals. 5 Oversees and supervise all functions including process control,safety operation,efficiency improvement,production and interim quality checks;assures compliance with all regulations and good manufacturing practices. 6 Troubleshoots any production problems;assures that machinery,equipment and facilities are properly maintained for efficient production. Qualifications: 1 A college degree is required with a major in engineering preferred; 2 Good communication skills and the alility to work well with people is essential; 3 Good leadership skills are beneficial; 4 Familiarity with product management and 4 years experience in similar position is required; 5 SAP or ERP experience is preferred; 6 Good English (listen and writing); 7 strong problem solving skill.
