Position Responsibilities: 1). Direct the formulation and implementation of HR programs, policies and practices in accordance with division business objectives. 2). Lead and facilitate the Organizational Capability Process (OCA). 3). Lead the assessment, selection and development of high quality professionals and managers. 4). Lead and manage the implementation and management of Eaton's Achieving Performance Excellence (APEX) system. 5). Manage employee expatriate assignments in accordance with Eaton standards. 6). Facilitate the promotion and implementation of the Eaton Business System including Eaton Philosophy, Values and related work practices.
Position Requirements: 7-10 years of progressive HR managerial experience with a multi-national corporation. Strong English and Mandarin reading, writing and speaking skills. Knowledge/experience with international HR practices/regulations in Taiwan and China. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in change management theory and practice. Comfort with facilitating teams/groups and working with all levels in the organization. Strong Leadership skills including Drive for Results, Strategic Thinking and Building Organizational Capability. Bachelors Degree required, Masters Degree Preferred.
