负责整个公司运营 销售 财务和人事工作 有100人以上工厂管理经验 和政府有很好的关系 Tasks: Be responsible for overall business management and decision-making Establish strategies & KPIs, implement and review for all the functions including sales, finance, HR, application, service, manufacturing, etc., Grow the business in China, enhance the market share and fulfill or exceed business targets Supervise financial management (shared objective with CFO) including but not limited to BS, P/L, Cashflow, etc. Lead Sales force and maintain strategic relationship with key accounts Make sure the manufacturing and supply chain running smoothly Involved in company culture development and people management Be the company representative for PR and business activities Report to headquarters in Austria and the board of directors in China
Nationality: Mainland/Oversea Chinese
Age: About 35 years old or above
Educational qualification: Minimum university degree, technical background or MBA preferred
Language: Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese
Professional Experience: At least five years management experience in charge of overall operation in a multinational company Experienced in Banking Automation business other business that targets at banking industry Knowledge of finance management Sales experience preferred Be familiar with Chinese and Western culture Experienced in JV management preferred
