  职位简介:
根据生产经营发展,负责设备的配置和规划;
设计和优化能满足生产需要的工艺、工装、刀量具和工位器具;
及时解决生产过程中发生的设备、技术、工艺、工装、工位器具等问题;
保证生产所需的能源供应;

according to the business running and development, arrange and plan the equipments;
design and optimize process, tooling, cutting and measuring tools, station devices to meet production need;
solve problems happened to equipment, technology, process, tooling and station devices in the production;
ensure power supply for production; do the environment protection.

岗位职责 / Responsibility:

根据生产量和质的要求,配置相应的设备、工装、工位器具和量刀具。
collocate equipments, tooling, station devices and cutting/measuring tools according to quantity and quality requirements for production
测定设备能力和编制设备更新计划,绘制平面图。
determine equipment capacity and schedule equipment updating plan, draft layout
编制工艺、工艺规程(机械加工、表面涂层处理、装配等)解决生产中发现的问题。
schedule process, process chart (machining, surface protection, assembly and so on), solve problems in production 编制设备投资计划并做好固定资产记帐、设备编号、旧设备处理统计和合同管理工作。
compile equipment investment plan, make statistic and manage contracts on fixed assets, equipment numbers and disposal of old equipments
负责新产品新项目的开发工作和所有老产品的正常生产维护工作。
be responsible for exploder new product or new project and do maintenance work for old product. capacity
编制新老技术文件,负责工时测定、优化和产品工序能力测算。
compile new and old technique documents, optimize and define cycle time and calculate procedure capacity
设计和管理量具、刃具,采购和选用新的量具和刃具。解决加工中发现的问题。
design and manage measuring and cutting tools, select and purchase new tools, solve problems in machining
做好环境保护、三废处理、劳防用品发放的管理工作。
be responsible for environment protection, disposal of three kinds of scraps, distribution of labor security commodity
保证生产中的能源供应,做好能源供应设备的维护保养管理工作。
ensure power supply for production, do maintenance work for power supply equipment
负责工程更改工作,资料室文件发放和管理工作。
be responsible for ECR, put out and manage data room's document.
根据产品编制设备加工程序。
compile program for machines.
负责公司设备强电部分的管理、维修。
be responsible for management and maintenance of high voltage part of equipments
解决生产中出现的技术问题。
resolve the technical problem in produce.
指导相关人员及时处理质量问题。
instruct relevant workers to handle quality problems in time
工作中出现偏差或违反规定的现象应及时采取有效措施同时向上级反映。
take effective measures and report to superior in case of deviation in goal achievement or deregulation
接受及完成上级布置在其职责范围内的工作任务。
accomplish other tasks given by superiors within the responsibility

岗位资格 / Qualification:
教育背景:汽车或机械专业大专及以上学历或具有中级职称的任职资格。
Education Background: above college degree major in automotive or mechanism, or has junior level of working qualification

培训经历: 熟悉公司质量运行体系。设备管理、技术管理的相关内容。
Training: familiar with company's quality system, management of equipment and technique

工作经历: 具有三年以上相关工作经历。
Work Experience: more than 3 years relevant work experience

技能及个性特征:掌握能满足岗位所需的计算机应用技能;具备与岗位相适应的组织协调管理能力具有一定的社交谈判能力和解决问题的有效思维方式;大学英语六级或以上(或同等水平);理解并具有团队管理能力
Skills and Personality: master necessary computer skills for work, be capable of organize; coordinate and manage group for position; has certain negotiable capability and effective logical thinking way to solve problems; CET 6 or above (or with equivalent language skill); capable to manage with team spirit

岗位权限 / Authority:
合理安排和布置下属工作并检查其完成情况。
arrange and distribute tasks to interiors; supervise the achievement
检查生产流程中技术指标的遵守情况。
check the implementation of technical index in production process
在生产流程中对生产效率进行分析证明并在生产工艺中充分利用。
analyze and demonstrate the work efficiency in work process and fully use it in production process
在规定的预算范围内,准备和实施价格协商和谈判。
prepare and carry out price discussion and negotiation so as to control costs within approved budget
根据签字权规定使用预算,批准费用
employ budget and approve cost according to signature regulations
有义务在本团队内实施激励机制,以提高团队业务能力和团队合作能力;对下属员工有能力、业绩评审权; 有任用、待岗、下岗建议权
obligatory to introduce motivation system within the team so as to improve the business and team work; authorized to evaluate the capability and performance of the interiors; authorized to give advice on recruitment; temporary off position and lay-off of employees
