Job title / position: HR Manager
Responsibilities: Performs professional HR management functions, including recruitment, hiring, training, promotion, compensation, career development, termination and etc. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for the company's business goals and to ensure fairness, effectiveness and value-adding services Support development and training of senior directors, managers and employees in the company and ensure the training and development plan is compliance with the company’s development plans for all levels of employees Identify and recruit various positions as assigned in order to meet the company's manpower requirements Responsible for the setting up and maintenance of efficient and systematic processes to facilitate HR administration and database management Research and establish the company's pay structure, develop the competitive compensation and benefit plan Manages recruiting and employee training programs Manage day-to-day operation to ensure the office is well facilitated in order to provide a high efficient working environment
Age: Above 30
Educational qualification: University degree in related major
Language: Good in English
Working Experience: At least 3 years management experience in HR field, including staffing, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations & communication, HR projects and other workforce Plant management experience is an advantage Professional knowledge of labor law & related HR government regulations in China Leadership skill, with development potential In-depth understanding of human resource development
