Main responsibilities: - Performs professional HR management functions, including recruitment, hiring, training, promotion, compensation, career development, termination and etc. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for the Company's business goals and to ensure fairness, effectiveness and value-adding services - Support development and training of senior directors, managers and employees in the company and ensure the training and development plan is compliance with the company’s development plans for all levels of employees - Identify and recruit various positions as assigned in order to meet the Company's manpower requirements - Responsible for the setting up and maintenance of efficient and systematic processes for the Shanghai offices to facilitate HR administration and database management - Work closely with Beijing and Hong Kong offices - Research and establish the company's pay structure, develop the competitive compensation and benefit plan - Manages recruiting and employee training programs - Manage day-to-day operation to ensure the office is well facilitated in order to provide a high efficient working environment Nationality: - Chinese Age: - About 30 - 40 years old Educational qualification: - Bachelor degree or above
Working experience: - Many years of related working experience in multi-national company, with at least 3 years in supervisory role - Strong competence in training and development - Good understanding of development process of leaders and employees - Experience in designing and implementing competitive remuneration package and HR systems in a fast growing and changing environment - Familiar with governmental policies and regulations Language: - Excellent written and verbal English Personality: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Good business acumen, resourceful and problem solving skills - Ability to interface amiably and professionally with people of different levels and backgrounds - High personal integrity and strong commitment to ethical behavior - High sensitivity of handling confidential information - Good team player, with strong leadership
