The incumbent will be responsible for the following tasks:
Research, identify, develop and implement programs to promote the development of the management group. Become familiar with employee career development needs and expectations. Establish partnership with business unit leaders to facilitate open communication of potential occupational development issues and create development plans. Develop and implement individual development strategies for Pool” Establish and execute an individual coaching strategy and develop a "Coaching Culture" by developing additional internal resources for Coaching Develop, implement, and refine Mentoring Program to encourage the rapid assimilation and development of Engineers and Managers. Manage A/P wide internship program and on-site graduate programs. Work with Human Resources team to provide guidance and tools for management of succession planning and potential career paths for employees. Manage the performance management process unit including succession planning, MBO, EDD (employee development dialogue) and Superior Conferences Collaborating with divisional training departments to assure the enterprise has a cohesive approach to invest, organize, administer and track training programs that will improve overall company performance; jointly developing Learning Management System / Culture or other mechanism to serve training needs for the enterprise Remain abreast of trends and developments in organizational development, human resources, and management professions; conduct a meaningful program of self-development to prepare for greater responsibility. Concurrently, you will develop training programs to support Human Resources A/P and company-wide culture initiatives as well as participate in the creation of an e-Learning strategy for the Company. You will ensure that all projects are completed in a timely manner and within budget, performing additional Manage, track, and report program expenses
