Main responsibilities: Plan, supervise, and coordinate work relating to compensation and benefits matters Be responsible for developing, implementing and administering the organization’s rewards and compensation & benefits policies Monitor the organization’s salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff Develop and implement new benefit packages, ensure that these are current and competitive and in line with legal requirements Develop and maintain personnel record systems in accordance with current legislation Select data and analyze results for annual salary & benefits survey Prepare the annual performance and salary review plan
Working experiences Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in C&B function Familiar with formulating HR policies, with focus on the C&B discipline Knowledge of Chinese employment regulation Ability to handle multitasks and have strong analytical and organizational skills
Age: About 30
Educational qualification: University degree in HR management, business administration or equivalent
Language: Good command of English (both oral and written)
