Responsibilities: Develop overall strategic direction for China including the development and execution of growth strategies and projects for existing and new business Build relationships with automotive customers to support existing business and recognize potential growth opportunities Participate in the creation of business strategy with focus on resource deployment and measurement of implemented strategies within China Plan, organize and implement annual targets set for operation department Build up, lead and develop a team of operation which meets the needs for reaching organizational goals Assess and manage business risks. Provide analysis and information tools to operations to enhance risk management capabilities and strengthen ability to identify, analyze and manage the pursuit of growth opportunities Adapt and implement existing business models and tools; define, implement and optimize efficient operation processes
Nationality: Chinese
Age: 35 years or above
Educational qualification: University degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, automation or other related Engineering subjects
Language: Fluent English, both written and spoken Knowledge of German is plus
Working Experience: 10+ years of progressive working experience in operation function in machinery manufacturing sector or automotive industry 5 plus years leadership experience advanced knowledge in the areas of project management, communication management and conflict management personal strength in the area of strategic thinking proven teamwork experience in international projects proven ability to lead, influence and motivate others (team leader/-player abili-ties)
